Cadet College Fateh Jang has a separate Medical Unit equipped with basic equipment and all medicine for the Cadets. A trained and expert male nurse is hired by college authorities and a large number of staff have First Aid Training as well. At present, a male doctor from reputed hospitals visits the College to see students with medical problems also college authorities have formal contract with best hospitals of Fateh jang to deal with an emergency situation as soon as possible.
